epic maths legend. but can drift of topic a bit.....
Great guy, but goes off topic waaaaay too much to the point where I have no clue whats actually in the syllabus and what is absolutely unnecessary.
Mr. Pedlow is a great teacher. He teaches maths and also coaches badminton. He has been such a reliable and constant support to all my boys at Reading!
He is a legend and his only flaw is that he is too good at mathematics it makes everyone in his class feel blessed and retarded at the same time.
Extremely good and passionate mathematician - as expected of an Oxford alumni. Super friendly and extremely patient although he can get somewhat irritated if you don't understand concepts after a while. Does have a moderate accent when he speaks (he's Irish) but can articulate his knowledge clearly and is always willing to help if you ask him. Get him for pure maths.
Brilliant teacher, great knowledge, get on really well
Best teacher I have ever had! Saved me from getting a C, always motivating and ready to help during lunch.
Mr Pedlow is one of the best teachers I have ever been taught by - and really easy to get along with. Without him I would be well and truly lost in the world of Mathematics. A truly brilliant teacher.
steven pedlow is the best maths teachers I have ever had
Puts up with so much and gives so much to his students. Easily approachable and one of the hardest working teachers in this school. Made Maths so much more enjoyable in the 4 years I had him.
Goes off topic a lot... Fell behind because of him if I'm brutally honest as nothing was went through thouroughly enough, but definitely knows his stuff.
what a teacher! He is the reason I passed GCSE mathematics. Seriously, I think he is the best maths teacher at the school.
mega boss. has respect for students [as other review guys said innit]. and is disgustingly good at maths.
Good teacher for say a set 1, with no-one disruptive, as long as he doesn't go off topic too much. Wouldnt want him for a lower set though or with anyone vaguely disruptive
a 12 pointer to him wat a legend ...unlike every1 else in my class i did well gud on end of year exams
He is covering us right now, and we all like him coz he has a sense of humor and he isnt mean like mrs sikkel.
Detective Pedlow is a super guy although he did make me cry in year 7 - not through meanness but because the material was much too advanced for my little-boy brain to handle.
Holds the record for world most sensitive hearing I believe.
He's great. He didn't teach us anything we needed for our year 8 exams but rather stuff you might have needed in university ten years ago. He does respect you, which is a very uncommon attribute among most of our teachers.
Very serious about his sports and a mean badminton player. Will probably respect you as you move up the years, but nonetheless, knows his maths.
great teacher if you can pick up what he's saying straight off the bat, otherwise he tends to lose you a bit and class attention drops. was always funny when he turned up to the lesson still in his basketball kit
has a quirky habit of totally losing it if you call him stevie p
Give him a quiet classroom and hes a great teacher but cant really control a bad class. Not a bad bloke tho. His competitive nature with basketball is disterbing.
Very helpful in 1 on 1 situations. Can be slightly unclear in class, and a very fair teacher overall.
