In the trenches the boys had little to no fUd
Best teacher in school, So sound, can bring homework in when its done not when its due, So nice, kind and funny!
A brilliant teacher who makes you realise your potential. I agree with the basic sentiment below, despite the atrocious spelling and grammer.
brillent teacher who makes you relaise your potential
GENIUS!!! brilliant teacher, outspoken. Milly Roon-Dogs as she is commonly dubbed is quite a comendable teacher! We love ya Milly!
Mildred is a thoroughly commendable and intelligent woman who goes against the grain of inadequate female teachers in the Abbey.
Mildred was funny, bright, opinionated, tough as nails and made me interested in history from first year at the abbey.Encourgaged thinking, not just rote learning. A really class act.
A very dour and unfriendly woman when outside class, you would get more cheer out of a corrugated iron roof.
In her ability to be almost normal, the usually eccentric and occasionally successfuly sarcastic Mildred has something AD doesn't (and doesn't need). Both are grrrreat teachers.
Mildred is an outwardly obstinate and unfriendly woman, but once you get to know her she's a legend, it's all an act. Subject of rather unkind references from AD though!
Mildred is a lovely woman with a heart of gold, but packs a punch.
Mildred eventually decided after many years that she could not even come close to competing with Dr. A.D. McDonnell, but nevertheless an impressive teacher within our four walls.
Difficult to understand, even more so to comprehend, but I'd have to say - Milly's a good teacher.
Immense teacher. GCSE 1999. Took a lot of dead wood in our class and got them solid grades. Fair, honest and firm. Made sure I got an A. Class was tough but enjoyable.
Often gives you the impression that she'd love nothing more than to obliterate you with some Semtex. Legendary woman.
Good old Mildred, she's often unjustly overlooked and undervalued due to the quality that lives next door. Great woman in all respects.
Her classes really were an eye-opener in the early days of fourth year, an eccentric woman but her enthusiasm for the subject transmits to her pupils. Got an A, thanks Mildred.
