Paul O' Shea
Lovely man and funny too!
Legend, most inspirational teacher I've ever met.
Taught me a few years ago, has passion and enthusiasm for what he teaches. Solid teacher. I'm reading now that he got VP...well deserved!
Used to love to draw on the board the 'line' that we had now crossed when it came to study time left. Helped get the best out of me though, thanks sir
(Miscreant below) What are you talking about? Paul literally leapfrogged a whole host of more likely candidates to deservedly claim the then vacant post of vice-principal. Congratulations, Paul.
All i'll say is that he didn't have to show us the e-mail ending 'love Karen' from some woman in England who marks pyschology -what would Mrs O'Shea say? Good lad.
His appointment to fill the shoes of the legendary Val Kane was surprising but Paul is as worthy as anybody for the job. Along with R. Ruddy, expect Paul to rule with an iron fist this year.
A friendly legend, has lasted the seven years and is a better man for it. A consistently courteous man who was always easy to lead away from the subject at hand, it was a travesty that our class was subjected to religious "education" by the likes of Cheryl O'Dwyer following Paul's reign in first year.
Friendly figure who uses his height to amuse as well as to intimidate.
tall paul is an absolute legend. he knows everything about everything. i'm tempted to ask him wat is the meaning of life, but i'd probably have to write a forty mark essay on it.
A truly excellent teacher, after seven years in his classes i can honestly say he's a man with great love for his subject(s) and beyond that he really is a good guy as well.
His A-Level classes,Like AD and others, are always over subscribed and were not stupid. We go because we know hes a good teacher who had a genuine interesr 4 his subject.
Working in the same department as Mary McEvoy evidently made Paul O'Shea all the more eager to climb the ladder. The best Senior Master at the moment in my view.
Paul was undeservedly jettisoned from his classroom by the less than spectacular D. Evans, but I predict that this legend will rise again some day.
A friendly, down-to-earth and hardworking teacher who continually believes that he is Freddie Mercury.
In my experience, a fine teacher, but his demotion to the orchard this year suggests otherwise
Haven't had the pleasure of being 'taught' by Paul since first year, but he was an easy-going religion teacher who could always be pushed off the subject at hand. Decent man.
Havent been taught by him since 1st year, but i distinctly recall his insistance on 'religion journals' and drawing pictures of God
Superb teacher! He shows real interest in his subject and it's infectious to say the least. The fact that his A-level classes are always over subscribes speaks for itself.
