An eduactor by profession, an entertainer at heart. The study of political science under Nigel is by no means an easy ride but is also no chore. His anecdotal approach and methods made his lessons no mean chore. His passion for double entendres interwoven into complex political theories convey his passion and knowledge. Nigel is a legend amongst men. I would give anything to have him lift his leg onto a pulled up chair as he utters the words; 'talk to me' one more time.
Nigel is a great man, very helpful and clear. However I'm always caught off gaurd by his seemingly random head slides down the corridor.
Had Nigel for a couple of years. He was a great teacher and great man. Entering N15 was a pleasure I always enjoyed. Thank you Nigel.
"popularity -10" I think not. Nigel may have been a divisive figure, but his popularity is through the roof. Great teacher and great man.
I credit Nigel with all the successes I have had in life. His vision of the world left a firm impression on all of us who had the pleasure of being taught by this genius. Those years may be gone, but the memories will live on forever. Thank you Nigel
A true teaching legend. The man epitomises elegance, grace and wisdom. A man with friends in high places (Gordy!) and a master of anecdotes, he is also deft at turning his hand to elements of performance art to illustrate his points. Top marks.
It was my suspicion that underneath that hard exterior, there was a warm, kind hearted and gentle man. It did not take long for that suspicion to be confirmed. Not only was Nigel a most dedicated teacher, his enthusiasm and anecdotes gripped all alik
When Nigel failed to get the principalship my heart sank. HE is a man who was born to lead and should be nobody's deputy. Warm, kind, honest and intelligent, his was a class not to be missed.
Great man and infiitely wise. Would have made a great Northern Ireland leader.
Nice man although you may struggle in his class because he teaches at a high level, doesn't give notes and sets huge amounts of homework. I spent most of my evenings in U6 writing out pages from the course textbook.
He's an above average teacher but his mannerisms are legendary, you've missed out on a lot if you've never experienced his masterfull hand movements or anecdotes.
Bog standard history teacher in my opinion, not as interesting as Dunwoody or as intelligent as Holmes. Would no doubt be horrified (see "jealous" in dictionary) at my current salary. (IT Consultant)
A man of great enthusiasm and warmth, never taught by him but played cricket, so got to know him quite well!
this man has been everywhere and knows everyone! got a story for everything....which is good if it distracts him in class.. poor though didnt giv notes :(
huggy has been everywhere and he knows everybody. poor teacher and doesnt give any good notes. "Pens down, writing is an excuse for not thinking" WISE UP

i never really like mr h but hes a good teacher if your a good pupil!!
Never really saw eye to eye, probably because I was too lazy to work. Kids sit down, keep quiet and listen. This man can do a lot for you just put in the effort. I didnt sorry Mr.H
this man has been everywhere and seen everthing apparently
He gives a healthy amount of homework and you'd be best to get it done! He is really funny, has a vast amount of knowledge, both politics related and completely random!
tries 2 teach at uni level instead of relating 2 students needs, less chat and more notes!!
