A true legend, my favourite teacher in St. Michaels. Class can take an odd format of chat and questioning however his insight is thought provoking and sharp. A realist, pessimist and more caring than he'd like you to believe, he wants his students to do well, but he won't do it for you. His jokes are witty and at times off-colour however this only adds to the charm that is; Mr. Oliver.

This man is a God among teachers. Incredibly smart man and is evident that he knows what he is talking about! Helped me get an A at GCSE. The history department seems to be the only one at St Michael's where every teacher is fantastic.

Questionable teaching style, but unbelievably incisive and witty. VERY honest (and sometimes this is a bad thing!). Realistic- though this sometimes borders on pessimism.

This man is the nearest thing to Nostradinous, the amount of students he predicted to have no future other than ASDA were very accurate. Never cared when he seen me smoking - Respect.
