Great teacher! Knew his stuff and imparted his knowledge well. Could be perceived as slightly abrasive, perhaps, but I expect one would require the acquisition of a sense of humour, in that circumstance. Mind you, that could be all pseudo intellectual b/s ! Good taste in music also, I. still occasionally listen to the Bhundu Boys!
One of the best teachers I have ever had! He had turned a person who despised English from the age of 5 to someone taking A-level Literature in sixth form! He is down to earth and very intelligent and
He's ok, but hes very firmwith paticular topics, he assumes you know stuff, which he says is very ambigious but he's ok, he is quite down-to-earth!
in his own strange way i found him to motivate me to do well, excellent predictions. i think 'i believe in equality, i hate everybody equally' almost certainly applies to him. haha! top bloke
he's a great teacher, but sometimes i found it hard to know where you stand with him as he could turn on you at any moment, or switch around what he was saying - i found it best to just agree!
Unless Martin has changed, though he is an insightful chap his attitude to students is too belittling and would not be deemed appropriate in a commercial setting.
An absolutely excellent teacher who is totally committed to his job and his students.
at least u know where u stand. work hard and he'l like u
Very good at explaining what the work is and what he wants, but don't attempt to out wit him- he will crush you...
