A very good, and clear and helpful, Computer Science teacher
Great teacher realy entusiastic about the subject and makes it great fun.
Such a good teacher. Although the pace at which we move through things is very variable (i.e. often we'll skip through stuff I don't get and spend ages on stuff i do). But always very helpfull!! :)
A legend. He has brought computing alive for me. Teaches beyond the syllabus and always has time for you. He explains things really well but if you don't get something he is always available outside of lessons to help you.
"An E grade student doesn't become anything more than an E Grade student..." Thanks Kevin! Oh, and yes they do and yes I have done.
Good teacher. I am slightly worried with his descriptions of turning off the intergrated debugging in delphi though!
Good teacher, however he has a problem and that is that 2 types of people do computing: those who are clever and have done it before and those who have done it as they couldn't do anything else. His clases therefore have a huge divide in tallent and so 1/2 the class pick up everything and get board of his theory, the other 1/2 don't get it. WHat can he do? His notes are good and the amount of things he offers is fantastic. As someone else said, a huge asset to AGS.
Does know his stuff, puts in a lot of effort to school life, and is a great asset to AGS - I enjoy his teaching methods as they work for me. However, I can see where they may not benefit others as much. He also sometimes over-complicates things. Overall a very good teacher nonetheless!
A bit harsh, certainly knows his stuff, but he needs to be more understanding of some of the people in his class... Now I've said this, he will probably track down my IP!
Knows his stuff, great teacher! love, Suzie Skidmore
A very good teacher. He is chairman of the examiners and writes all the AQA syllabuses for computing and is therefore a great asset to AGS. He has great links for his students, organises trips, lets people work at their own pace and has a good sense of humour.
Can sometimes get a bit confused about if the class understands, making easy subjects seem harder, but still has a good sense of humour and knows what he's on about
