I've left Sullivan now, but I had her for A2 last year. Heard the whole thing about how 'you realise that she's actually kind of chill about half way through the year' countless times, but for me, that didn't happen. She's def not afraid to roast guys and make them feel bad about their essays, but ultimately, while it's not guaranteed that you'll have a pleasant time in her class, it's pretty certain that she'll get you a solid grade in the end... and I'm thankful that she did just that for me.
At first it seems like she is the English teacher from hell. Then you get used to it along with her shouting and form a working relationship. At some point, probably at the end of the year, you will realise that actually, she is hard to encourage you, and she is good at it. Then another day you realise that actually she was a really caring and thoughtful teacher and that you miss her English lessons. Stick with her and you'll be a 'wee cherub' yet.
So mean at start, but then becomes a bit of, "Friendly Badinage." Incredibly good teacher, even if you are writing 10 words a second. If you get her, you will be a right we cherub!!
She says she gives you instructions but never gave you clear guidlines. she slates your work
after GCSE everyone's right hand will become dead and fall off but always up for a laugh
Absolutely brilliant teacher, she'll make you work really hard but it's worth it! She's tough to begin with but becomes great banter! knows how to have a laugh!
Bit of a legend, she'll be hard on you, but she's always up for a laugh. Great teacher
Great teacher. She will make you work hard but it's all worth it really when you see what it does to your grade. Love her sense of humour :)
Really lovely teacher! willing to help all the time! gives you everything u need even if it includes you writting so fast your hand falls off. Very encouraging great teacher
