One of a kind. Rocket has genuinely good intent. He wants the best out of his students. He helps the struggling student just as well as he inspires and challenges the best student. A true teacher.
The best and most inspiring teacher one could have at Queen Mary's. Sad to see him go when I left. Taught me for 6 years and was my form master for 2 and I miss his lessons. Instilled a love of physics in me. Almost took Physics at uni because of him.
Johnny's a top lad, been a mad form tutor
Only taught for a couple of years by Mr Rocket. Top guy, keeps you interested, hates wasted potential. If you think he hates you pull up your bootstraps because he wants to tell you you're a wasteman but can't.
Very good teacher, part of a superb Physics dept.
amazing, top lad
If you have this guy then there is no way you can fail physics. He is an absolute legend.
"It's not rocket science... well okay it is" Made A level physics a joy and the most complicated of problems interesting to work through. Outside class he is a great guy with time for his pupils. One of the best teachers.
By far the most friendliest and 'lad-like' teacher we had when I was at school, I've heard he's replaced Wilkinson as Head of Physics now. Made lessons fun, loved by everyone, but knew how to educudate. Will always remember h
Mr Rocket is widely acclaimed amongst the students of Queen Mary's. His approach to teaching is so interesting, you'll be hooked. He is fair, he communicated points great, and gets good grades from his students.
awesome teacher, he actually makes physics interesting.
Legendary bloke... he taught me at Sneyd school before leaving for QM. Funny, approachable and a class teacher. We used to make him do crown green bowling as he resembled Tony Allcock.
Absolutely a top teacher. Made the physics lessons so interesting they ended really quick. Don't know any one sciving his lessons.
best teacher at the school, actually made me enjoy physics-dont know anyone who didnt like him.
