Funny, intelligent and understanding. Gives very helpful career advice and seems to enjoy his job alot. I like how he doesn't take himself too seriously yet has an air of professionalism around him. Its great that his door is 'always open' and that he encourages pupils to talk to him. He is always up for a joke and loves friendly bantor among students. A good example of a man who's very nicely suited to his job.
