Jim Denman truly made biology at a-level a great topic - he's an educated guy and i personally think his lessons had real good content, im training to be a teacher and really hope i can be a teacher of his standard
This guy was an absolute inspiration and sparked a true interest in biology which shaped my selection of degree. His honest and detailed teaching style allowed each group he taught to find an interest in the subject matter and he was undoubtedly one of the best teachers at the school.
this man is so awesome he is a constant through time and space, if your out there sr, i salute you!
we were ment to be learning about penguins, instead we learnt about newts and his drship in worms!
i didnt learn much biology, RANDOM STORIES were my forté in the exam tho
Legend, Badders and Denman have to be the best Biology teachers about. One of Denmans ramblings actually provided the idea for my final year project at uni, I study civil engineering and my project has absolutely nothing to do with biology!

It take 47 minutes for a dung beetle to mate, did u know that? i've never learnt so much pointless informatin in one lesson but the man knows it all
Dr. Denman was the first person to nurture my interest in science and I thank him for it.
Absolute legend. I learnt more about the world in general in his lessons than anything else. He didnt need to follow the syllabus as all u had to do was buy those revision guides. His lessons were never boring
