Excellent teacher and nice guy - only one criticism though, he spends a lot of time in the cupboards upstairs during lessons. Each lesson he would tell us he was "only going to get some stationary from upstairs. He would select a volunteer to help him, and they would be gone for ages! Whenever he and the student would return from upstairs, the student always looked very palee, and walked as though they had an injury. What could've happened? Oh well, one of life's mysteries i suppose!
Felt our dear Catherwood needed a complementary update. An incredible person, teacher and soul. Driest humour I've ever seen but one of the funniest men I've had to pleasure of meeting. If you're traipsing the web because you have the pleasure of being taught by this odd, Oxford god, then I salute you. Also - read Paradise Lost. God know she Gordon loves it
brilliant teacher who is very intelligent and funny
even now, years later, i often find myself quoting him or laughing at some of his quips or quirks. i feel lucky to have had him as my English teacher.
really good teacher and a nice person once you know him but so confusing sometimes
the greatest and most inspiring teacher/man I have ever met. Thankyou.
THE GREATEST TEACHER, AND MOST INSPIRING PERSON I HAVE YET TO MEET.
Hilarious and harsh at the same time- you can't tell when he's joking or when he's pissed
His dry humer is really refreshing, such a shame I don't have him
hes jokes when hes shouting at someone that isn't you
All knowing, omnipotent, in a bad way. Master of psychological warfare.
One of the wittiest people alive, no doubt; omniscient (or close enough) in his field.
Smart guy, smart guy...harsh at times but he teaches bare. Compliments of ALI BAA BAA RUDE!
A bit arrogant but he knows his stuff and lessons tend to be fun generally. Witty guy
perhaps the most effortlessly intelligent person other than wilne. worth doing Alevel english for
