the man sure knows his stuff when it comes to Physics but he sure as hell cant teach it and is very unhelpful and didnt even give us the workbook the other classes had for 4th year course woulnt recommend at all very poor teacher
excellent teacher, i'm certain our class will do well at GCSE
How has this living legend only scored 3.7 so far. His classes were interesting, to the point and with time to chill at the end while we watched him play computer games. Also hilarious, "that is a good question, to which I have a good answer," "interesting opinion, now let me tell you why you're wrong" and my personal favourite, "Sean Waters, you have no IQ"
a bit of mad man.. very good teacher i thought.. a bit scary in a funny clarkson sort of way
Sarcasm is the lowest form of wit but the highest form of humour. If so then Gervase is the funniest man alive.
a spilt personality case, hated you a GCSE, loved you at A-Level
If Jeremy Clarkson was forced to teach Physics in a boys Grammar School, I suspect we would see a creature not entirely unlike Gervy Patterson.
Despite his popularity within the school and reputation as a superb teacher, Gervase has struggled to keep pace with real go-getters like Pat, Hugh and A.D.
An outstanding physics teacher but the Dave Bassett of football management who selects an Alan Shearer lookalike in defence. Sarcasm is the highest form of intelligence. Great man.
Gervy, being invariably capable of thinking for himself, will never be SMT, but his sarcasm and obvious friendship with Mille/Fee are highly enjoyable
The is a sheer genius, great teacher plus his classes at times could be a good ole laugh
he had the power to embarass the strongest of students and make them feel like the smallest, least important person in the room-not sure if this is a gud thing tho-ha.smart man tho
What a guy. The man is sarcasm personified. A particular incident involving a history teacher springs to mind.
Man is sheer genius! Always garunteed to to laugh in his classes and also learn something
Gervie The Colonel!!! Great laugh ...made me enjoy Physics
The Physics department would be in dire straits without Gervaise's presence. Brian Hamill and Kevin Brady, enough said.
Great teacher, truly immersed in physics, and makes it a very interesting and intriguing subject. Glad to have had him for GCSE Physics over Brian Hamill. Somewhat bizarre man!
A fantastic teacher and a legendary hero, but not quite the best teacher in the school...Has anyone heard of Ronan Ruddy?!
(he helps me with my spelling) without a dout he is the woooorest teecehr in da wourld
Best teacher in the entire school. Most sarcastic man in history.
Probably could have done anything he wanted but chose to teach us guys. An absolutely top man!
With out a doubt the best teacher that school has to offer
Towering intellect and scathing sarcasm, he helped me win my Nobel prize-cheers
