An effective headmaster, in my opinion. He can be a bit distant from the students, but once he knows you from something (an assembly, theatre production etc.) I find he can be quite friendly. However, he is very results-focussed.
among students he isn't popular. and he does care about the output of the school as opposed to student voices. but then he's getting the results and running a tight ship, and apparently to staff he's
He's ok at the admin stuff, but he doesn't really knuckle down on the punishments very well. Not popular with many students. He's hard to approach. Not a very good public speaker - monotone! :/
Needs to learn to admit he's wrong, and learn to not only listen to students, but actually take on board their ideas on a regular basis. Too draconian and rigid, but at least consistent.
supports school fully, strict about appearance and behaviour
I felt like he tried to run the school like a business. I didn't feel like he had much presence and he had very little respect from a large majority of the senior pupils when i was there
tries to change too many things all at once but he does engage with the pupils and try to resolve problems based on peoples oppinion. way too strict on lateness which is petty!
