Probably one of the most understod teachers from a pupils perspective but once you get to know him and you do your work etc... you realise that he is not just a great teacher but a good person - many pupils believe that he is strict beyond belief being the proctor but this truely is not the case - he just has respect and an aura about him that some mayfind uncomfortable and scary - he just wants respect and if you give this to him he will return the favour (especially6thform) very approachable

Although Mr. Elvin is a strict teacher, they say "No pain no gain". I find Mr. Elvin a great teacher that will let students achieve their true potential through discipline. I am only putting the Easin

Very good teacher and gets you very good marks by using his very old fashion teaching techniques. He makes you work very hard but you get the end result.

Great Mathematician - I learnt a lot - but strict and hard working. In the 6th Form his sense of humour showed through.

He seems to be strict at first, and you'll have to get used to feeling slightly nervous whenever he tells you to go home and shoot yourself. Other than that, he's pretty cool.

He's an amazing teacher as long as you follow all his rules and can keep up. Once you get to know him hes friendly and funny though at first very intimidating. My best GCSE teacher

If he was on your side he was the best there is. Had a rough start with him, but he cares deeply about his students and has a coherent, effective teaching style

Mr Elvin was my favourite teacher for GCSE's. His sarcastic comments in his wierd accent make him all the more funnier. Despite this he is a well good teacher.

By far the most helpful teacher at the school. Doesn't ask for much, if he doesn't like you, your probably not worth liking. Unlucky.
