I liked Mr Pryor. Was a nice guy, but don't know whether to give him a thumbs up, or a prod!
Chris Pryor - brilliant teacher who taught me in Year 8 way back in 1995/6. He was so much better than the other technology/electronics teacher at the time - Mrs Smith. He taught me how to wire a plug. Used to see him at St Laurence's church with his family when I was forced to attend Sunday school way back then. I was sorry to hear that he was forced out of his job by that awful Nicholls woman. I think he went on to teach at to Penwortham Girls' School.
Now HERE's a real teacher! Chris The prodigy Prior - a man amongst men. Kept control in a woodwork class full of hooligans and didn't hassle anyone who was actually trying to work. The electronic products class was really a dump for the fools, but those who tried to learn in it did quite well, it's a real shame that St Mick's have forced out their one asset in the technology dept.
top bloke nice guy always more than happy to help shame the tyrant nicoles forced him to leave!! we miss you pryor
He went half-way through my last year in electronics.I think he was forced out cos the school didn't want to do electronics any more, so he needed to sort a job out before it got too late.We got an english teacher to teach us electronics instead.Needless to say....we didn't do very well.Cheers Nicholls....(not) He was a really nice bloke who helped you and encouraged you so much. He was one of the teachers that made the school the best one around.
great man. very funny and helpful. would go out of his way to help anyone. such a shame he was driven out.
Shame not everyone could realise he was a decent teacher.
I very much support his reasons for leaving!! Heh heh
