He's funny and good at explaining. His singing and old jokes are sometimes distracting but nevertheless he's a good, dedicated teacher. It's a shame he retired from full time teaching though.
Absolutely brilliant teacher. Incredibly witty. Praised me for calling wind “a cruel and unpredictable mistress”. Thoroughly enjoyed being taught by him. So good he made physics fun!
He put up with me. I liked and respected him as a teacher. I have continued Physics at the Australian Defence Force Academy (yes Defence does have a "c" in it, we are not American). I have greatly benefited from his dedication to my and my classmates' education.
He was one of the best teachers (for an awful subject) and a brilliant housemaster!
He's a good teacher apart from his slight,er, *problem* but yeah he's too smart (and competant!) for the BSP!
top man. However with a masters in engineering from Cambridge why on earth is he teaching?
great teacher - if you think he isn't, just ask what other people get as physics teachers...
