Fantastic teacher. She teaches in a very clear and concise way that helps students understand complex issues well. She is firm but fair which proves very effective with most students. She is knowledgable about the topics she teaches and is willing to help students should they seek her support.
Her approach to RE is admirable and inspiring, it actually persuaded me to go on to teach Philosophy and Religious Studies at secondary schools myself!
She needs to realize the importance of her subject in modern times. Generally ethics is not needed and not wanted by most students. I believe that she prioritizes this subject over others even though chosen subjects should take priority over this one
I love Mrs Findlay! :) wooo She has the best sense of humour..
Although she is dedicated to her subject and very knowledgable, she is unapproachable and was highly unpopular with our year group. if we had had the option to drop RE GCSE i am sure that many more pupils would have.
Miss Findlay needs to stop being really strict and also listen to others . Apart from that she is a good teacher . And I know teachers have to be strict at times...
She definately got good results n she was a gd head of sch but she picked on people too much n she but too much fear into people for people to get the most out of her lessons. she'd be better in 6th f
Miss Findlay was a great teacher R.E lessons were hilarious especially with good old Dan Wilson!!!! will never be able to look at refreshers in the same way!!! Anne u rock!!!
