Miss Dadswell may have been hard on kids who wouldn't pay attention (and admittedly has a bit of a screechy voice sometimes), but she made History such a fascinating subject for me that I opted to take it for my GCSEs. In my earliest years at the then Coulsdon High, I had Mr Belshaw for History and he was, frankly, terrifying. Thank God we got moved to Miss Dadswell's class in Year 9! We learned so much about what has transpired on Earth in the past and I am happy to hear she is still teaching.
A great teacher! She knows her subject well and includes a good mixture of textbook work, historical videos, power point presentations and other things.
I was taught by her along time ago and she was a FANTASTIC teacher . She knows her stuff and is passionate about history. I'm sad to learn that she has to put up with many ignorant no-hopers everyday!
a good teacher.. no one gives her a chance to teach... when they do shes a lot of help especially with coursework! and the Belgium trip she took us on was tooooo good!
she knows her stuff, though gives out to many sheets and doesn't go through with the threats she gives to the loud kids, so no one listens to her.needs to re-think her methods
She is a great teacher. It's too bad my class won't keep quiet for her to teach. Thanks to them, my motivation to learn in history has disappeared.
