I was a pupil in 2004-2005, and although he may be demanding, I've carried his teachings with me ever since. An inspiring teacher who doesn't teach for exams, but real history.
gives so much homework and expects a very high standard
he knows so much about history its unreal. he can be strict at times and chilled out other times but when it comes to getting you a good grade he will get you a good one. i think he would be one of the best history teachers in the country :O
Whilst harsh review might be understandable I believe they reflect a total misunderstanding of quite how fantastic Mr Simm really is. I speak for myself when I say he saved my A-Level grades by being so damn knowledgeable. If it happened Mr Simm can tell you about it...INCLUDING the history of Mongolia :O. His lessons are a lot like uni lectures so guys take note and listen up. If you treat Mr. Simm with respect and be straight with him then he will help you thru exams.
he may not be the nicest teacher but to have him as a teacher is almost a gaurenteed A*, Knows almost too much about history, unbelievably clever.
Misunderstood. A very good teacher and nice guy. Thought his lessons were tough but very rewarding.
when a teacher came in to asess him he acted all lovely
