Loony , bad teacher , trying to take over the school , expects to much and makes us feel like primary school pupils , tests us on things we havnt even learnt
Worst teacher i have ever had in my life. Every lesson is just questions on things we haven't learnt from old sheets that are just lying around in an office with a CD to go with it...
good overall person but cant each very well and can get sidetracked from the teaching very easily and his lessons arent structured. although the music cepartment wont be the same without him.still he cant teach though
The problem with the music department, of which Mr Monument is head, is you don't feel like they teach you much. It is true that they took a lot more interest in me when they found out I could play an instrument well - this doesn't seem professional. Yes Mr Monument can be generous and a good laugh, and of course they put in the effort with all the lunchtime bands. However this shouldn't detract from our learning, and sometimes it does - there are too many unplanned lessons. Needs sorting!
Very good at playing instruments, however, he only really focuses on the better members of the class (this is a GCSE class) which creates a large gap between the quality levels of the class.
a very smart man, good at music but sometimes needs to improve clarity to the student, i know that i had trouble understanding sometimes.
