- absolute disgrace of a teacher. shouldn't be allowed to teach primary school kids maths never mind a level further maths (which i have her for). no1 in the class understands a word of what she says and when it comes to something we do know, she decides to spend a whole lesson doing 1 question about it, and then pick it up from the next lesson, so that's more than a lesson wasted on things we know. and the amount of homework we get is appalling, and if we don't understand something we get told to ask pupils!

She seems to be one of the more competant teachers in the maths department. I haven't had her as a teacher, strictly speaking, only filling in for my current maths teacher whilst she's been away though I though it'd be enough experience to rate her. She does seem to know what she's talking about, and a credit to the maths department. She's got interesting ways of teaching the more difficult topics, which differ from other teachers yet aren't too confusing so you get muddled up between them.(permalink) (report)
